Process

I would love to chat and learn about your project! This is a 30 minute to an hour introductory phone or video call where I get to learn about your needs, vision and budget. If you want to work together then I'll send a proposal, you fill out a questionnaire and sign a contract!

I will work with the contractor to make sure everything is going according to plan, review all shop drawings and solve any problems along the way. This usually involves weekly site visits and can require updates in plans if there are unforeseen issues. Before or during construction all finishes, materials and furniture will be ordered so they will be ready for install.

I'll measure your space and come up with a concept to make sure that my design is aligned with your vision. This will be presented by a vision board and floor plans.

I will coordinate deliveries for furniture, wallpaper, window treatments and other interior details

Once you sign off on the conceptual design then the drawings will be refined for construction. Materials and furniture will be selected. Once everything is approved we will being orders and constrcution.

We will do a final walk through and make sure there aren't any outstanding issues. We will create a punch list and make sure everything is done before we close out on the project. If you are so kind, we will also stage and get professional photos for my website!
